Barça Set to Play First Game at Renovated Camp Nou over the weekend
The club confirmed they are set to host at the still-under-construction Camp Nou on Saturday. Athletic Bilbao will visit the Bilbao team in domestic competition over two years after they moved out so building work could begin.
“Returning home was our dream. Finally, it’s happening. We are back at Spotify Camp Nou.”
Attendance will be limited but 45,401 spectators are permitted inside as per the current authorization. Once fully finished, the Camp Nou is due to hold almost 105,000 spectators, a rise from the old capacity. Barça announced recent additions comprise a renovated tunnel for players and new dressing rooms.
